Queens Museum

Founded in 1972, Queens Museum is a cultural institution that celebrates New York City's most ethnically diverse borough.

My rebrand focuses on the graphic form of their iconic globe statue, incorporating the organic swoosh of the letter ‘Q’ to signify the museum’s deep connection to its diverse global communities that they represent. I selected the serif typeface Kalice paired with the sans-serif Gellix to achieve a contemporary yet elegant aesthetic, reflecting the historic significance and unique cultural identity that makes up Queens.
